Our guest house is an early Victorian property set in large secluded gardens with off road parking and access by a completely private lane. Many of the original features have been preserved.

Our guest house in the New Forest was originally an 1840 cottage with large stone flags. We are located on the western boundary of the New Forest National park with ample access to the amenities and attractions including the Parish of Waterditch, Hinton, Holmesley and the larger settlement of Thornyhill.
